Yejian English values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Yejian English handles your information when you use the application.
Yejian English follows a local-first data processing approach. Books you import, reading progress, bookmarks, vocabulary review records, reading statistics, mind maps, and most application settings are primarily stored on your device.
Yejian English does not display third-party advertisements, perform cross-app or cross-website tracking, or sell your personal data.

If you configure your own AI API Key in Yejian English, the key is stored in Apple's Keychain and is not written to regular application preferences, CloudKit records, or application logs.
If iCloud Keychain is enabled on your device, related Keychain data may be synchronized using Apple's end-to-end encryption mechanism.
Yejian English does not actively upload your AI API Key to its own servers.
You can delete saved AI service API Keys at any time through “Settings → AI Service”.

In-app purchases and subscriptions in Yejian English are completed through Apple StoreKit and the App Store.
